My Role

-
Requirements & Change Management – Elicited and documented functional requirements; managed change control processes to minimize scope creep while ensuring business needs were met.
-
Cross-Functional Delivery – Partnered with product, engineering, and QA teams to implement enhancements across Opportunity, Marketing, Accounting, and Reporting modules.
-
Transition & Knowledge Transfer – Created system requirements documentation, supported product guides, and a high-level “What’s New” overview for stakeholders and end users.
-
Project Closeout – Facilitated archival processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and future reference accessibility.
Project Result
The 18-month project was successfully delivered on time, within scope, and at quality standards. Post-release, sales increased, validating improved market competitiveness and user value.
Learning Outcome
Through this project, I learned the importance of defining clear objectives and success factors (i.e. project theme) upfront. Establishing a strong project theme early created alignment across teams and served as a guiding principle throughout execution. This theme was referenced continuously to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize features, and ensure every enhancement directly contributed to the overarching goal of improving competitiveness.
